I was a resident here for 2 years and I’m so happy to have moved!! Let’s start with the positive’s - The maintenance team! They’re so quick and efficient. Special s/o to Sam for being so awesome and kind!! You get a washer & dryer in unit. Now with the negative’s boy do I have a lot. There is no gym, although they do offer a gym in their nearby sister property which is a huge inconvenience if you don’t have a car to get there. I have been living at Indigo for many years now and I have always had a great experience with the office staff. The property manager, Luis, Yaritza and Naomi are always exceptionally helpful and provide outstanding customer service! My plan is to continue living here for many more years as I couldn’t be more happy! Also, the maintenance staff is great with completing work orders quickly and efficiently as well as keeping the grounds well maintained. I highly recommend Indigo for anyone looking for a home!
I moved down to Indigo Apartments less than a week ago and I couldn’t be happier with that decision. Everybody has been so kind and helpful with me since the beginning when I scheduled a tour Xiomara answered to all my questions very professionally and committed with her work. During the application process and now that I am a resident Yaritza has been simply the BEST , she’s always making sure everything in my apartment works fine. Louis as well. I recently moved into Indigo Winter Park a few months ago and it has been a great living experience so far. Overall, they take care of you and the community, and it's in a great part of town. One of the standout features of Indigo Winter Park is the maintenance crew. They are not only highly skilled but also incredibly efficient and timely in addressing any issues. Lived here almost a year now and Wife and I just renewed lease. We've had a very blessed experience living here. The maintenance crew work diligently to ensure we are taken care of, and I also see them working hard to take care of other residents. They are also always so friendly along with the office staff. We can go in and speak to Mahogany about anything and she always puts our needs above her own. Price of rent is not cheap yet location is great.
