I was a resident here for 2 years and I’m so happy to have moved!! Let’s start with the positive’s - The maintenance team! They’re so quick and efficient. Special s/o to Sam for being so awesome and kind!! You get a washer & dryer in unit. Now with the negative’s boy do I have a lot. There is no gym, although they do offer a gym in their nearby sister property which is a huge inconvenience if you don’t have a car to get there. I moved down to Indigo Apartments less than a week ago and I couldn’t be happier with that decision. Everybody has been so kind and helpful with me since the beginning when I scheduled a tour Xiomara answered to all my questions very professionally and committed with her work. During the application process and now that I am a resident Yaritza has been simply the BEST , she’s always making sure everything in my apartment works fine. Louis as well. I have been back and fourth to and from Orlando over the years and always find myself moving back to Indigo Winterpark. From the great location to the great staff and friendly environment I always feel at home. I recently moved back and spoke with *Yaritza* and she made the process awesome from the application process to the reservation hold to the lease signing was very quick and efficient. I just recently signed my second lease with Indigo and I couldn't be happier or more relieved that I found this place. The office staff are all very accommodating and always responsive to anything that you need. Especially Yaritza!! The maintenance team always responds within 24 hrs with any issues. The grounds are kept immaculate with land scapers on site every other day. The three pools on property are always clean and maintained. So as a tenant what more could I ask?? My grandparents moved in recently. The people handling leasing were not understanding and there were tons of roaches. Before I officially moved them I had to do those roach bombs twice. I'm sure the neighbors were freaking out because they all went to the other side. If we could get them out of there I would but hey at least they're comfortable and settling in.
