The quality of care was great! I bring a lot of anxiety to my dental care due to teeth that are ultra sensitive. Both Jennifer and Gabi were awesome, explaining each step of the process. Gabi, my hygienist, went a step further after hearing my concerns about cleanings and teeth sensitivity. She explained that this new gel topical numbing was the latest and greatest and I’m a believer! The office staff is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The dentist team all make sure that you are comfortable and are very efficient in working on your teeth. Overall, great place to take care of all of your dental needs.
I’ve been coming to this office for years. Even though I’m never eager to go to the dentist, I always come out feeling well taken care of and appreciative of the staff. As long as she is available, I will continue to have my teeth cleaned by Betty. She is very knowledgeable and the best at her job!
First visit. The dentist went over my X-rays very carefully and explained what I was looking at. Hygienist was great, as was the rest of the staff. They do use old X-ray equipment…, the kind you bite on cardboard that’s connected to a metal cage and they point the machine in the middle of the cage.
Dr. Choi was personable and very thorough. He was able to show a possible issue with an old crown, but said they would just keep an eye on it for now. Gabby was an excellent technician. She was very gentle. Just had my 5 month check up today with Gabby. She is very gentle, soft spoken and very positive. Excellent experience.
