I’m very disappointed with the management and leasing staff at this complex. They are consistently rude and unhelpful, which makes dealing with them extremely unpleasant. What’s even more frustrating is that, despite residents paying for a locker package service, deliveries are often left in front of apartment doors — an area that is not secure at all. It’s unacceptable to charge for a service that isn’t being properly provided. This place seriously needs better management and respect for its residents.

I am pleased with my apartment and with the facility in general.But I feel that security could be better there are not enough cameras and there is only one type of lock on the apartment doors and the door entry system that is supposed to allow you to be buzzed in by tenants is problematic at times but the staff is friendly and capable.

Personally, I had a good experience. Good communication by the staff, on time maintenance, and non-intrusive neighbors. I do wish the parking lot had more security measures, but I understand that they’re doing the best they can.

We are very happy with the staff at Indy . They are always very kind and willing to help. Also the maintenance crew attends every need immediately and the building is very clean all the time. Thank you very much. Pablo and Dalila Correa Apt # 317

Staff is great, building is very clean and secure. There have been different Property Managers and Assistant Property Managers since I moved here and they have all been very kind. Whitney, Jenni, Gretchen, the custodial staff and the maintenance crew have all been wonderful and I always enjoying seeing them. Great place to live!
