I’m very disappointed with the management and leasing staff at this complex. They are consistently rude and unhelpful, which makes dealing with them extremely unpleasant. What’s even more frustrating is that, despite residents paying for a locker package service, deliveries are often left in front of apartment doors — an area that is not secure at all. It’s unacceptable to charge for a service that isn’t being properly provided. This place seriously needs better management and respect for its residents.
Staff is great, building is very clean and secure. There have been different Property Managers and Assistant Property Managers since I moved here and they have all been very kind. Whitney, Jenni, Gretchen, the custodial staff and the maintenance crew have all been wonderful and I always enjoying seeing them. Great place to live!
If you want to live someplace where the manager treats you like trash then this is the perfect property
Personally, I had a good experience. Good communication by the staff, on time maintenance, and non-intrusive neighbors. I do wish the parking lot had more security measures, but I understand that they’re doing the best they can.
