Personally, I had a good experience. Good communication by the staff, on time maintenance, and non-intrusive neighbors. I do wish the parking lot had more security measures, but I understand that they’re doing the best they can.

Don't even bother trying to rent from them they are slow at getting your app in I started mine 8/19/24 and still don't have a move in date. you have to explain your whole life to them and still they will have questions.And if you decide that you can't wait any longer they keep your money that you put down and are like oh well it's your choice. So I'm forced to wait or lose out on my money. Worst experience don't recommend.
Staff is great, building is very clean and secure. There have been different Property Managers and Assistant Property Managers since I moved here and they have all been very kind. Whitney, Jenni, Gretchen, the custodial staff and the maintenance crew have all been wonderful and I always enjoying seeing them. Great place to live!
Very affordable place to live and management are very helpful. As long as you follow the rules and be respectful to your neighbors you can enjoy a very nice place to call home in a prime location close to schools and shopping.
