My '18 QX60 has a cpo wrap policy. Had it towed here, once Jimmy took a hold of it, we knew were in good hands. Jimmy got us a loaner, had the work price researched and fixed and paid for through the policy. That was a big bill that Jimmy had synched in a couple days. Very friendly service, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
I just left the service department this evening October 20th 2025 with a $1600+ bill on my perfectly preforming QX 60 for one small repair, fluid exchanges and new wipers!! Following the sticker shock and inspection of my car at home. It was apparent that the repaired item was not secured in to the car frame and was already leaking fluid. And my $75 +. Isaac Winston is a professional and very trustworthy. Every time I get service on my car, I request Isaac. He is very, kind, polite, respectful, and courteous. He provides a white glove service that I haven’t seen in a while. Very thorough and reassuring. Very happy with the level and quality of service here. They communicated every step of the way and even offered a creative , no cost, solution to a problem. They had the car delivered to our home once service was complete, at no cost. We will definitely be going back.
Honest and great service from the service dept. They don't push unnecessary services, they just care about your cars needs. Eric is my service advisor and he takes great care of my Q60. I wouldn't normally consider the dealer the best place to service my car but Scottsdale Infiniti has my vote of confidence! You guys are the best!
