I've brought my Infiniti to this location for years. Matt Delvecchio, who I worked with for a long time, has since moved on, but the service has stayed just as strong. They provide great, prompt customer service and always get back to me quickly by phone or text. They do what they say they're going to do, and I'm always able to schedule an appointment in a timely manner. They've even gotten me in same day for an emergency. My '18 QX60 has a cpo wrap policy. Had it towed here, once Jimmy took a hold of it, we knew were in good hands. Jimmy got us a loaner, had the work price researched and fixed and paid for through the policy. That was a big bill that Jimmy had synched in a couple days. Very friendly service, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Jimmy was incredible to work with. He treated me like family and was involved in every step from start to finish. He communicated clearly, kept me updated, and went out of his way to make sure the issue was handled the right way and that I felt taken care of. You don’t find service directors like this often.
