Isaac Winston is a professional and very trustworthy. Every time I get service on my car, I request Isaac. He is very, kind, polite, respectful, and courteous. Very happy with the level and quality of service here. They communicated every step of the way and even offered a creative , no cost, solution to a problem. They had the car delivered to our home once service was complete, at no cost. We will definitely be going back.
Incredible service team. I want to thank Matthew Del Vecchio, my service advisor, and the mechanics working with him to diagnose problems, for being knowledgeable, and noticing exactly what was going on with my car. I'm always blessed that I have Infiniti of Scottsdale taking care of my car anytime anything is needed.
Honest and great service from the service dept. They don't push unnecessary services, they just care about your cars needs. Eric is my service advisor and he takes great care of my Q60. I wouldn't normally consider the dealer the best place to service my car but Scottsdale Infiniti has my vote of confidence! You guys are the best!
