Very nice facility. Easy access. Very clean. Staff is wonderful to work with. They are friendly, compassionate, efficient, and professional! Just finished my 3rd infusion at Infusion Associates. I highly encourage you to try this facility. I can’t say enough positive about the staff! They truly are five star. Facility exceeds all perceived standards. Everyone at Infusion Associates has been very professional and helpful but also extremely kind and pleasant. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
I Had to have two iron infusions, and from the minute I walked in the door I was greeted and felt like the entire staff was there to help me and make more experience as pleasant as possible. Everyone was highly trained and extremely pleasant and helpful. I would recommend this to anybody who needs any type of an infusion. The staff are caring, professional there are extremely knowledgeable.
My first visit and everyone made me feel very at ease. The “Michigan Group” was amazing, gentle, caring and entertaining!
Infusion Associates of Toledo is more than an Infusion Center. They make you feel like family in such a short amount of time. They're very respectfull, compassionate, understanding and very knowledgeable in more than one way. I would highly recommend/ encourage anyone looking for a friendly or family environment to be in during your treatment to go to the Infusion Associates!
