Great customer service first ordering from them today. If I'm not mistaken I think they were having a sale because of a price drop. They work fast to get the products out. No waiting involved same day shipping. Will order from them again especially for 30ml bottles love you guys already
Figured I would try a different vendor for my glycerin products so ordered palm based glycerin, 500ml, from Glycerin Supplier. I chose "FedEx" shipping, they charge you for what most folks consider traditional fedex yet send it fedex ground. GS over charges for shipping. I know this because I do work in the package industry. GS also expected me to deal with the shipper, well GS holds the insurance on the parcel. I am unable to rate the vegetable glycerin "palm based" as I do not yet have it after 5 days of travel. Phenomenal service. They very responsive to our inquiries, and the product was delivered on time as promised. At times you are given over promised expectations and they aren’t delivered up on but, they delivered and that is what matters. Not only that, but the product was a as promised. The quality was tested thoroughly and our clients responded well to it, looking forward to doing more business with them in the future.
Glycerin Supplier is a fantastic company to have worked with for the blood effect in our production of the opera Elektra, Chris and Victoria were always able to give us what we needed in terms of quantity and quality of glycerin at an amazing price. Very helpful in knowledge of how to handle the{what felt like 100's} gallons too. We'll be back for more when mixing blood.
