The only issue I had was why there are clumps in the packages for the tartaric acid? For being “pure”, not sure how moisture is getting in the bags to have clumps. The packaging is heavy duty so humidity may be a culprit during the filling process. May want to look into this. I need as much powder or surface area on the liquid once placed in the process. Not sure how long it is taking for these clumps to dissolve.
I really like getting my supplies from them. I reordered from them but a leak happened while UPS was delivering it to me. I called them and they asked me to send them a picture. Did it and they sent a replacement no problem.
