The doctors in there just gives you stuff & then tries to rush you out by giving you any medication, if you come please make sure to ask & tell them exactly what you need cause these people will give you anything to get you out their faces
Great Place for any type of need they have "Walk in" doctors as well with Dentist even a pharmacy all in one building which is amazing!! Also the lady's up front are so nice and helpful always there's Lilly Vanessa and really all the staff is just so sweet never is anyone disrespectful I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE AND EVERYONE. It's a great place no doubt, but what's with the masks???? Everywhere from hospitals to stores don't require masks yet here you are, requiring masks like we're stuck in 2020. That's the only thing. Doesn't matter if it's for 2 minutes or 2 hours, it's just silly at this point lol.
I been coming here for over 10 years. Lately my visits have been horrible. Bad customer service. The doctors have horrible bed side manner. And the little girls who check you in are mean girls. I was there for 2hours before they checked me in. I really needed to be seen and nothing was accomplished
I called the appointment desk about being seen as a walk in. She told me Saturday after 11am, you can be seen. I told them I had congestion and seasonal allergy symptoms. She said all I had to do was come in. She didn’t mention over the phone, that I needed to be tested for COVID. I got tested when I got there and came back as negative. The lady at the front desk then told me I couldn’t be seen until after 2:30pm. I was dropped off and I wasn’t going to Lyft twice, so I just decided to go home for the day.
