I was a patient here in 2020 and had a positive experience. Today I called to inquire about having a required medical information form filled out so that I can become a foster parent and help children in need. The person on the phone was snippy and couldn’t be bothered in helping with a resolution on how to get the form completed. I’m incredibly surprised and disappointed by this reaction.
Best Primary Care Doctor ever. I've been going to Mass General and Brigham & Women's for 45 years and my specialists are still there. He's tended to the medical needs of my friends for decades with all aspects of health sources, Western, Eastern, Nutrional and Physical Maintance.
My primary care doc of nearly 30 years retired a couple of years ago. This caused me to go on a search for a new doctor whose beliefs mirrored my own pertaining to health care. I found such a match in Dr. Bordiuk. In my first meeting, I felt listened to and not rushed.
