Tyres fitted at a standard level. When asked if they could fit tpms sensors without programming a member of staff attitude was unprofessional and abusivly said 'we charge half and fitting for those' Sensors never fitted or given back so thats theft. When paying for a service for tyres to be fitted they are supposed to balance, new valve stems.
Well I booked this garage through the RAC app as my MOT had expired the day before and this was the closest garage to me that was available. Booking was straight forward I called in the morning to confirm and got an appointment for the afternoon. Drop off was straight forward. However, my MOT failed due to the levelling of my headlight on my passenger side I was told it’s very low and dangerous and has not passed the guidelines for me to be able to drive safe. Excellent service, warm welcome, and got my car fixed in just some hours, was thinking its gonna take some day, but got my car back so fast and the job was done well, problem was resolved quickly and my car back in Good shape.
What an amazing team! My car was booked in for 4 new tyres - got there and they were ready for me and got the car in asap. When I went back to collect, they told me that they had seen a replacement light in the boot of my car (that I needed to sort and hadn’t got round to as some idiot had hit my car and drove off) and very kindly replaced it for me.
