Well I booked this garage through the RAC app as my MOT had expired the day before and this was the closest garage to me that was available. Booking was straight forward I called in the morning to confirm and got an appointment for the afternoon. Drop off was straight forward. However, my MOT failed due to the levelling of my headlight on my passenger side I was told it’s very low and dangerous and has not passed the guidelines for me to be able to drive safe. What an amazing team! My car was booked in for 4 new tyres - got there and they were ready for me and got the car in asap. When I went back to collect, they told me that they had seen a replacement light in the boot of my car (that I needed to sort and hadn’t got round to as some idiot had hit my car and drove off) and very kindly replaced it for me. I was genuinely taken back with such kindness as it’s not often you come across individuals/companies who would be willing to do this and at no extra charge.. just out of the go... read more
Great service. I went in the morning for a warning light. They saw me right away- they were lovely and had me out on the roads again within no time.
I suffered a puncture just before I pulled into the car park at Erith. I was going to change my wheel but found I didn't have the right wheel brace with me. I spoke to Jordan at In'n'Out and explained my predicament and asked if it would be possible to borrow a wrench in order to change the wheel. He was happy to help and actually changed the wheel only to discover that my space saver was the wrong size and seized on the brake callipers. Cowboys - Absolutely shocking. DO NOT USE. Booked in for an MOT on Monday 4th August 2025, which they told me was cancelled when I arrived. The guy said he’d been trying to call, surprisingly there were no missed calls, messages or emails. Completely wasted day, had an RAC voucher which I now cannot use and have to book another morning off to go elsewhere.
