This program called innovage is a Godsend. Staff was very patient and friendly with me and my mom. They helped to place mom's in a assisted living home, and it fit her budget perfectly perfectly. I highly appreciate Anna Roman for all of her help and making it possible for my mom to be safe, and people around her to make sure she don't fall. Anna is very pretty too. Melissa, Ann Marie, Faith and Christian are just some of the workers and nurses. Thank you Anna Roman. God bless you all.
This driver at 9am turned right onto Mt. View from the 10fwy and almost side swiped my car. I hit the horn to alert the lady and she waves her arms as if I was the one in the wrong. There are 2 right turn lanes and she went from her right lane into my left lane, forcing me to almost swerve into oncoming traffic. Not very responsibe for a company that transports the elderly. Very rude. Unprofessional, and unsafe.
By far the worse decision ever I made regarding my mom. We put her in this fraudulent company who lies about what they offer our elderly. They were using this care agency named Cross Country who sent my mom out caregivers untrained. Most of the caregivers took short cuts when it came to bathing mom. Let state that they were made aware of Cameras in her home. They are short of staff. They make changes in care without notification. There is no process to discuss concerns. Social workers are over worked and under appreciated. . Transportation does not communicate they just show up. Give few hours for hone care. Different people show up to your home on a daily basis. Two hours a day is the average. Don’t
My in-laws have had care through Innovage for four years. I have to say that the attending dentist, Dr. Mike, is a godsend, as are his staff. Grandma has complained to previous dentists for many years, to the diagnosis that she lost weight in her gums & $8000 new partials would remedy the problem. Dr. Mike did his magic to her dentures and now she wears them without even using adhesive.
