Dear Innovage, Doctors, social workers and staff I am writing to express my outrage and disappointment regarding the substandard care my mother, received at Innovage PACE of San Bernardino. Despite being enrolled in your program, she underwent a botched eye surgery that has left her with irreversible vision loss.
