I really liked the staff there and I loved the Dental staff including Dr. Shawn and Kim BUT the materials that are used to make partials and full sets of dentures are made poorly with low grade materials. Wasn't the staffs fault-but have only had my partial for 6 months maybe and I had a tooth break off already and it wasn't because I was rough. Just VERY poorly made! InnovAge has helped through a very difficult Season in our Families journey. InnovAge is the whole package offering Primary Care, Dental, Rehab, Transportation, supplies, Pharmacy, Day Camp and endless Support. Highly recommended! They helped in the treatment of my sister’s Cancer, Broken hip and the transition from home to a Long Term Care Facility. Having a Team of professionals behind you during this difficult time is Priceless.
My dad went here and saw Dr. Vacca. He was unhappy with his treatment plan and wanted to speak to her and the staff to see how it could be better suited to him. He also canceled his appointment. Dr. Vacca proceeded to call him back and leave, what seems to be a routine voicemail. “Hangs up the phone” (she didn’t hang the phone up). She then started talking to the MANY other staff members about is care and medications and laughing at my dads expense. Then says she hopes he doesn’t call back. So thankful for all the staff! The doctors are outstanding, they really take time calling me about my Mom's care. Garrett was a God sent to myself and my Mom. He has moved on but I will keep him in my prayers forever. All the staff are helpful, kind, just outstanding! 5 stars! Many heartfelt THANKS to all at Innovage Thornton!
This place is a joke! My Mom has Dementia and lives in an assisted living facility. The staff felt she needed to be seen so they called for an appointment and my Mom was picked up at 11:00 a.m. but didn't arrive at the facility until 1:20 p.m.!! If that wasn't that bad enough, apparently her doctor decided she didn't need to be seen until the next day so she didn't actually have an appointment.
