They started off great but then the service started to decline after two months. They make promises and never foresee those promises. Pat the driver from Henry Ave was great. He called me when the center was closed instead of the actual program. I am in the process of removing my mother from this program.

From day 1 the staff have been so friendly and helpful. My favorite thing is going to the gym for OT and PT with Carol and Anne. It has helped more than I thought possible. If you're a social type of person, Pat has plenty of fun activities to try. I'm so happy to be getting the medical care I need.

The Center is ran short everyday because nobody wants to work at this location , the staff is rude and ignorant they have a work Yolanda Simms who gets smart and curses at the patients along With a host of other “LIFE SPECIALIST “ Your seniors are in danger due to the lack of staff and Have to deal with mistreatment. The clinic staff is a joke and the head nurse Jackie is very rude and has no professionalism. She barely knows what she’s doing. Completely terrible care. Currently my grandmother is in hospice and it’s like the people take advantage of the elderly and neglect them, ive had several aids come to do home care, they leave her hungry somedays, the room she is in is never cleaned floors dirty trash everywhere, i have come to find her completely soiled where the nurse aid came and only made the bed and folded some clothes.
