Staff is extremely friendly building is very organized and clean. Very beautiful place. Highly recommend.
Had my first service call at my new address, leaking faucet. Very pleasantly pleased by Wayne’s quick disposition of the problem and some nice conversation acquainting me with the building and it’s surrounding. I noticed when he left he used his key to turn my deadbolt, making me very secure in my apartment.
When moving my great grandmother into the establishment we were greeted with nothing but friendliness and willingness to do anything to help. The staff were friendly, everywhere I went was spotless and perfectly clean. My grandmother informed me that there are numerous activities including, puzzles, bingo, movie nights, and other activities for the seniors. Dishwasher wasn't running through it's cucles. Wayne ordered the part & put it in the dishwasher. It's done & I am delighted at the quick response.
Johnny our previous maintenance man completed my work order within the same day of me giving it to him. At this time I do not have a leak
