When I found out about InnovAge I was so excited for both of my parents this elderly program has been a big blessing to me and my famliy. The staff is amazing and very helpful every department is attentive and supportive its clean its every thing you need and expect to have for your love one. Had my first service call at my new address, leaking faucet. Very pleasantly pleased by Wayne’s quick disposition of the problem and some nice conversation acquainting me with the building and it’s surrounding. I noticed when he left he used his key to turn my deadbolt, making me very secure in my apartment.
When moving my great grandmother into the establishment we were greeted with nothing but friendliness and willingness to do anything to help. The staff were friendly, everywhere I went was spotless and perfectly clean. My grandmother informed me that there are numerous activities including, puzzles, bingo, movie nights, and other activities for the seniors. Dishwasher wasn't running through it's cucles. Wayne ordered the part & put it in the dishwasher. It's done & I am delighted at the quick response.
