1 star If I could give zero stars, I would. Innovative Risk Insurance Services is quick to take your premium but disappears when it’s time to issue a refund. They owe me thousands for trucks that were removed from the policy and officially endorsed by the carrier. Yet they refuse to respond to calls, voicemails, or emails. We just started using IRIS and are very pleased with the quotes that have been presented. Even short handed they find the time to talk and answer the phone. Has been great working with them.
Well, I will say, whilst it was a bit odd getting thrown around to different people, that rating platform did help get things done smooth as butter.
I would give zero but not an option. Filed a claim a month ago and still have no claim number. THEY WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. Jared and Peter are dodging phone calls and emails.
These people absolutely suck. Our claim was filed over a month ago and we don't even have a claim number. They wont answer the phone and they wont respond to email. Classic piss poor insurer who will string you along. They are a complete joke.
