Did nearly half my house with LVP, Inserra’s technician was EXCELLENT. There was a dingy carpet in one area and he removed it carefully and rolled it up slowly preventing mess and dust. New tiles look great, overall very happy. Going back soon for carpet replacement.
We shopped around and finally chose Inserra’s. Mainly because of Alan, their salesman. We never felt pressured and he was so helpful. It took us a few weeks to get an installation date, but what doesn’t require a wait these days? Then the installer came and he was so wonderful. Fast, efficient, friendly and took pride in his work. From beginning to end, from the salesman to the office staff, to the installer,we loved working with them all. We wholeheartedly recommend them! Oh and the carpeting is high quality too!
Bought a carpet about a month ago. The one i picked was stain resistant with a life time warranty. The main reason I chose it. About a month in, I can't even get dirt off the carpet. I asked for cleaning instructions which they gave me. Read and apply technique to specific stain. Tried A,B & C per instructions. I have stains all of my carpet. I picked Inserras to do a carpet install and purchase and I’m really happy with the choice. The process was very smooth and the installing team did a fantastic job. Both guys were very friendly, courteous, and efficient. They did a great job with clean up and were respectful of the house.
