Great customer service and extra help when needed! I met and spoke with Robert Plyler and not only did he listen and was nice, but he helped me with solutions that weren't crazy unlike other companies! He also answers the phone when you call or calls back in a decent amount of time. This is a good company with good help and service.

A great big thank you to Jesse for a fantastic job he did yesterday. He took care of the wasps, spiders, sprayed all around the inside and outside of my home, very pleased with all that he did. Thanks Jesse and Massey Service!

Had a small issue, spoke with the General manager and he did everything he could to work with me to resolve the issue. Great customer service! Highly recommend.

Scam. Lack of customer service. Called to end my contact after a year then they randomly started charging me again 4 months later. Now I’m getting the run around to get it ended again. Save your money and do the pest control yourself. Saves money and works better ! :-) 3.3 Update -they called me and finally ended my contract. Offered another round of service for the trouble but I declined because I just wanted it over with. BEWARE !!! We had past control through another company. That company sold out to massey. We was under contract so we finished it our. Well.. . They did not even ask us if we wanted to renew our contract with them after the first one ran out. They renewed it on there on and took out $170 of our banking account. I called them and they said we will not get our money back because they require a 24 for notice of cancelation. I will not recommend them to anyone.
