Leo is absolutely fantastic!! He is very thorough and explains everything in detail so you know exactly what he’s doing and why. Always very accommodating schedule wise and reaches out to let you know he’s in route. Not to mention there hasn’t been a bug in sight since they started treating my property. Can’t praise the communication and ease of service for the consumer enough. 12/10 recommend to everyone!
Leo is always considerate and polite. He does pest control at the house where my elderly mother lives. He always lets me know the day before that he will be coming next day and lets me know exactly when he is heading her way. Since I’m not onsite, Leo always lets me know when he has completed the service. I am so thankful for a dependable service technician that helps with the process of seeing that an elderly parent has the services they need.
The technician, Leo, was polite, thorough and efficient in providing our service. I appreciate him working with our schedule.
