Everyone that I’ve dealt with from the phone rep, our district manager and our service technician has been very friendly, courteous and professional. They all seem very intent on making sure all your questions are answered and that you are happy with the service provided. I recently had a fantastic experience with Leo from Insight Pest Solutions. Leo came out today to spray, his customer service was professional and attentive. He texted me when he was on his way and arrived on time. Leo, was knowledgeable and thorough about the service. He was pleasant to work with and had a smile on his face. I highly recommend Leo for future services, he was reliable and provided exceptional customer service.

Leo did an amazing job treating the interior and exterior of our house! They are now Massey Pest Control. We made the mistake of switching from them and we're Soooo HAPPY they are back! The customer service experience from the GM, to the secretary at the office, to the tech....can't say enough about how cohesive and timely they are in delivering on the promise to customers! Easy to do business with and we don't plan on switching from them ever again!!!! That I can say with confidence. Expectations were exceeded! 😀
Leo was very laid-back & professional. He was able to answer all of my questions thoroughly and even gave my son some education on the importance of not leaving trash in his room!
