Read the negative reviews carefully and trust them! Patient satisfaction is horrible. Area doctors who know about this place refuse to refer their patients for MH services for good reason. Any positive reviews about Insite are about the competent NPs who have left or are leaving! Read the Glassdoor reviews too. They only care about making $$$
This practice is dishonest and disorganized. Look closely at the negative reviews and believe them. The positive reviews are from people regarding specific providers of which most have already left. Wish I could give zero stars.
Go to another place cause this one don’t care about you or your health. Was making monthly payments so that was not good enough for them so they cut you off for any visits.
More worried about there money then your health. I sent a payment to the address on the bill I received, got returned 2 weeks later for insufficient address so I called and made a payment on the phone with them. So in the mean time my daughter had a telahealth appt which never happened. No phone call nothing. Great patient care, time to find help at another place that cares about the patient. I work in healthcare and we take care of our patients
Tried to pay a bill but it got returned 2 weeks later cause the address on the bill was wrong. You would think they would put the correct address so patients know where to send the payment.
