In the time with speaking to the specialist Insite scheduled us with things we're comfortable, easy to understand, and the assessment was accurate and we were in agreement. Everyone is great! Especially Diane Burt. She helps me and has great ideas to do for my condition. I m happy I found her. She is the best I have had and I have been in therapy for years. I found a facility and Diane. She is the BEST!!!
Their staff is great, if you need to call for anything they are there to help you. The specialists are the best, they treat you like the real patient you are! They listen to everything you have to say, then, they will talk to you nicely. They really care about your well-being and that’s what I love the most!
My initial call was returned and I was assigned a provider relatively quick. Unfortunately the appointment felt scripted and very textbook-like; she didn’t introduce herself or ask my name from the start. The provider asked me questions from an assessment and made a determination based on a few stereotypical questions. I love my provider Michelle. Been with her for over a year now or more. She is kind. Compassionate. And most importantly is knowledgeable about pharmaceuticals and evidence based practices. She always listens to me; the patient and remembers things I have told her about my life and or symptoms.
