After a slight less than a year, the 3rd provider assigned to me is a woman. Much easier to speak with as well as trust with all my mental health issues, especially with C-PTSD (every reason on PFA is checked), anxiety and depression along with combined ADHD. Hopefully, Anne will be my provider for the long term and not just 3 or 4 months like all previous medication "providers". Don't get me wrong, the other providers were ok, just not women. My doctor here is great. WHEN I'M ACTUALLY ABLE TO SEE HIM. Insite has pushed my appointment back by a month TWICE now because they have not done their due diligence with my insurance company. So go here only if you're willing and able to wait a long time
The doctor was amazing. Very thorough and very kind. My only problem was not being notified that the office I was going to was not open and that my appointment was to be a telehealth. Other than that everything was great!
I have had 2 doctors in the over 2 years that’s over been a patient and I absolutely love this company! Personally, my drs listen to me, are so personable, we vibe great, they’re just amazing in every way. The company also, no issues ever. Dr1 had a medical emergency and suddenly left. The company handled it quickly and professionally and had me set up with a new Dr before my next appt. Dr2, I couldn’t have gotten a better one. I always recommend this company to anyone in need and I have nothing but great experiences
Infuriating to deal with once you are a patient. Every time you call you have to deal with a controlling non clinician that demands a full explanation in detail of WHY you need to talk to who you need to talk to. Saying I have an appointment right now and the zoom is not working……is not good enough. Saying I have a telehealth visit…. right now and I am paying for it every minute you make me explain….not good enough.
