Our son was a patient at Insite Health. They ended up continuing to see us after they stopped taking our insurance after they did not tell us and kept making appointments after we had a conversation with them they said we would not be billed for sessions going forward. We went the whole 9 months with no bill, as soon as we leave the practice we get a huge bill that says it will be going to collections. They don't care about you, just the money they get from you or your insurance. My provider up and left without 0 notice, leaving me without medicine for over a week+ never getting around to my refill requests. I'm above pissed off and still without my medication because I'm traveling for work and all of a sudden they are telling me they can't send a prescription out of state. Inconsistent with providers. In my year being there I have had two providers and my current one left without any notice given to me. Hard to establish a relationship and system for your medication or therapy when they leave frequently
I am absolutely shocked and infuriated by my recent experience with this organization, which was supposed to help me with medication management for my special needs son. Initially, they seemed competent and were providing assistance. However, my son, who is on several behavioral medications, continues to have behavioral problems. Everyone is great! Especially Diane Burt. She helps me and has great ideas to do for my condition. I m happy I found her. She is the best I have had and I have been in therapy for years. I found a facility and Diane. She is the BEST!!!
