My company chose a different company to do our HR this year (2021) and dropped Insperity. I never recieved my W2 after patiently waiting till 2/15/21. I called and was told to call a special hotline. This hotline is entirely automated and specifies that no actual people exist. So after having to tell them all my personal info including my social on a recording I was told someone would contact me in 24 hrs.
