A former employer used Insperity for HR/Benefit/Payroll services. When I left that company in May 2024, I attempted to rollover my 401K and was informed I needed to wait for a 30 day period before rolling it over. That's fine. I called back after the 30 days and was informed that Insperity could not roll the funds directly into my personal rollover account with Fidelity, that I would instead receive paper checks in the mail. If I could leave zero stars I would. This company is absolutely horrible. They are liars and money hungry worms. They will take it upon themselves to garnish wages as they see fit. There is nothing you can do unless you lawyer up, and they know that. It’s a sad world we live in.

This was sent to me by Insperity . I was never informed on my start date when my enrollment began. No one from the company I work for like a manager told me or Insperity who handles Human Resources told me. So why am I being punished by not getting healthcare insurance. I was not hired to do Human Resource duties for my job. It’s Insperity’s job that is what they are paid to do for companies. And Tate had no empathy for the matter at hand.
