IDF has done numerous jobs for us. Each time it had been on a very timely manner. Very professional yet friendly. Work is exceptional. Very pleased with them. They are at the top of my list to call first.
They upsold flooring they had no experience with and I have been trying repeatedly to get resolution (install not complete/completed wrong). I was last told they were waiting for word back from the rep with Mohawk, as they need to insure no warranty would be void. I was told that they are not going to sell this flooring based on what they have seen it do in their warehouse. The individuals that installed it no longer work for them. They have not stood by the sale, the product or the installation.
The service I received was friendly and professional. The carpet I had ordered was no longer available so they were able to find another color that was very close to the one I wanted. I was thankful for the effort put in to satisfy my purchase.

Our initial warranty experience was slow and at 1st we began to get real frustrated by the communication, however DJ was very professional anytime we spoke and he assured us everything would be taken care of.
