Our initial warranty experience was slow and at 1st we began to get real frustrated by the communication, however DJ was very professional anytime we spoke and he assured us everything would be taken care of. We love our flooring. They did a fabulous job. The product is quality, they won’t sell you anything but top rate flooring at a reasonable price. The experience was top rate from the estimate through the completion of the job. I won’t go anywhere else! My highest recommendation! John is professional and phenomenal to work with. The installers were very professional and considerate.
I had carpet installed and it was an excellent experience. Because the prices were way lower than big box stores I was able to upgrade both the carpet and the pad and still pay less.
