Claim date: 4/6/22 - 3/20/23 I originally removed my last review as they agreed to take care of my claim which went untouched for several months. I would file the claim online and get notification of submission. Then after making several calls and emails, they would send a new claim letter like I never did it. I filed both online and letter. Your claim was paid out and posting more reviews and demanding payment to take them down is not going to make your insurance company pay for your improvements you simply do not understand how insurance works. You had a policy for about a week when you had your accident. You hit the insurance jackpot. Claim date: 9/6/22 - 3/20/23 Removed my review in exchange for service i waited 4 months for. Pay your own towing because their's is a voice-mail. After certified mail & over 60 emails. Literally. They will bounce you from claim agent to claim agent to stall you out. Any tow or rental out of your pocket no matter what. If you don't have an extra car or money, you are hopeless & stuck forced to pay your monthly spiked insurance when you can't even drive it.
