We would give Insurcomm 10 stars if that was an option. From first contact to completion of job we were impressed with the promptness, professionalism, compassion, work ethic and friendliness of everyone we met from Insurcomm. They treated our home and possessions as if they were their own! If we ever have need of such services again, they would be the first phone call we would make. Ryan Ayer’s and the team were very professional . Their hard work showed as the job was finished in timely manner . They treated our home like their own. The clean up was awesome, very thorough. I would highly recommend Insurcomm Group for any restoration .

My upstairs bath has a broken pipe. Leaked water all the way to the basement. Flooded my coat floater , half bath, and foyer area. I called for service of remediation and within the hour Robert and brandy showed up at my home. They pinpointed all the wet areas, opened up what was necessary so they can treat for mold and dry it out. Very clear communication with them, very kind, and informative! My hot water tank malfunctioned and flooded my house. As soon as it happened I contacted my insurance company who in turn contacted Insurcomm Restoration Group. The Project Manager, Antonio Oleaga, and his staff responded immediately. They were knowledgeable, professional and extremely hard working. I am so grateful to have had them assisting me during this very stressful event.

Jay was extremely helpful throughout the whole process of my insurance claim. He was very responsive, even on weekends or when he was on vacation; I felt like he truly cared about my home and my family’s situation. If the rest of the company is at his caliber of professional and service then I highly recommend using them.
