I do not recommend. We used Insured Titles to purchase our house in the Flathead and after closing we found an outstanding debt owed by the sellers for $8,000 on the title that we had to pay! Worst service and poorest capabilities I have ever seen. My agent and myself raised this as an issue with Dorinda, the manager, and we were told there is nothing they can do, not very helpful and their response below is meaningless.
Awesome company! I have used them for multiple deals over the years. Only company I will use the valley!
