Dr. Parmar was extremely professional and is very knowledgeable. It is evident he cares about his patient’s overall health. He explained everything to us which NO other doctor had done.
After Cancer treatment there is a complete lack of follow-up care. Family doctors, at least in my experience, don’t have the time or the knowledge to take care of my needs and track my progress. Dr. Parmar is so knowledgeable and has a more holistic perspective. As well, I can get a full 15 or 30 min appointment and he’s read my file BEFORE my appointment. My GP, I’m lucky if I get a full five minutes out of my allotted 10. And she only reviews my history /files during my five minute appointment.

The clinic doctors have never let me down. They are kind, knowledgeable and willing to work as part of my health care team. The administrative staff work hard for you - they are friendly and efficient. If you need holistic support on your medical journey, this is the place to be. They've got you covered from head to toe, brain to drain and work with many different modalities to help you succeed.
An excellent source of of preventative care and direction. My go to place for all my health needs. Very positive environment amongst the staff. I'm just this side of 60 and feeling better than ever in my life and optimistic for a healthy future. This is the only way to take care of my health needs for me.
First visit and an excellent experience. Both receptionists were very friendly and helpful. Dr. Rurak was very thorough, grasped issues quickly and set a very good course of action. I feel optimistic. More parking would be a bonus.
Very Good. The staff are friendly and professional. Dr. Sjovold has been my Naturopathic doctor for several years and has always helped me to find the best solution for me regarding my food sensitivities, weight management, and hormone based challenges. The clinic is easily located and is co-located with a pharmacy. The only challenge to raise is related to vehicle parking as the designated parking lot is usually full, as is the neighbouring streets for on-street parking.
First visit was very informative and professional.
Very Good. I never have to wait for Dr. Rurak. Timely helpful consultation each time. She always follows up from the last visit. Nothing is missed. Very pleased with this. Reception people are very personable and helpful. Store is conveniently located and service good.
