Called this morning, very friendly response and set up appointment for this afternoon. Called back right away to say a tech can come out sooner, is that OK? The tech came earlier than expected, but with a text letting me know. Very respectful and polite, listened to my concerns, got right to work, keeping me informed along the way. Also with costs so no surprises, I was so grateful for the above and beyond work that was completed!! Highly recommended!!
We had an issue with our home warranty and the company they chose to fix our furnace. We found integrity aire and could not be more grateful for them! Corey, the owner, is amazing to work with. Very genuine and honest guy. He walked us through the issue and gave us many options to choose from. It was in the best interest of the house to get a new hvac system. The pricing was extremely reasonable and the service was excellent! Thank you to the two awesome fellas that came out and installed it. The whole process was so smooth!
This was a BIG purchase for me (furnace, A/C and water heater and my first time to do so. Cory answered all my endless questions about the equipment and even those about financing. All communication was open, responses were quick and timely. Ben and co-worker (sorry forget his name) were polite, courteous and helpful, showing my daughter how to use the new “fancy” thermostat. Highly recommended!! Thank you for the great work!!
I can’t say enough how much I appreciate Cory and this business. I had a gas leak in this bitter cold weather. He came within 40 minutes and fixed the problem so my heat could be turned back on. The price was very fair. Cory was awesome and so was the person picking up my call to them. They will now be my go to business when I need service.
Peter was very pleasant and informative. He made a thorough inspection of my system and explained to me how everything works. I will be contacting Integrity Aire to have my a/c unit checked this Spring. Thanks, Peter!
