Edit: Jesus dealing with this company is the biggest pain in my butt. Since the install I've called them a few times to get things fixed and replaced. It was such a hassle and the way they talk to you now like you're stupid and don't have a clue as to what should or should not be going on. Then they tell you your parts will not be warrantied anymore unless you get their service. Integrity recently installed our solar system with batteries. Troy and Lane do excellent work. Attention to detail is excellent with Integrity Heating and Air. Owner Darrin Fellows and his son Dominic live up to their company name (as does Mom Mona). We have used them for all intallations at our home the past three decades.
Integrity heating and air is always their when you need them. As a local family business also it is always great to work with another. Either for personal use or on a jobsite. Everyone you talk to their either in the office or the owner darrin they give you they actually care about what you need especially in a pinch.
I have been an Integrity customer for many years. The technicians are always very polite, courteous, and thorough with their work. They reflect well on the business!
