They are amazing, friendly, and easy to work with. We had an issue with our solar (background our former solar company went out of business with absolutely no way of contacting them or getting repair work done. They did the most shoddyist job! No wonder they went bankrupt) and integrity was able to come out provide and estimate and even get our solar back on to at least produce during the day! They are truly helpful people and I can't thank them enough.

I had contacted several companies who could not resolve the problem. My AC would stop working when it got over 100 degrees. But at other times of the day it would blow out air that was too cold. Other companies would take a reading from a device and say that there was nothing wrong, there was nothing they could do, and then charge me for a service call. Three times I did this. Edit: Jesus dealing with this company is the biggest pain in my butt. Since the install I've called them a few times to get things fixed and replaced. It was such a hassle and the way they talk to you now like you're stupid and don't have a clue as to what should or should not be going on. Then they tell you your parts will not be warrantied anymore unless you get their service. Then they call you back that same day after you complain and say yeah it's not in your contract but its common sense. Go else where find someone w... read more

This is the second time my AC went out on a Friday at 5pm. And the second time I called and spoke with a wonderful person who worked very hard to get me a service appointment as soon as possible. The first was the following Monday, I was grateful, then she called back and asked if Saturday would work, I said yes, then she called again and had a technician come out that same day.
