Integrity has always been consistent in their service to us. We had our solar installed by them many years ago and have had no problems with it. It's nice to see the same techs year after year, which shows me they are good employers. And I appreciate their senior discounts and service agreements.

Integrity maintained the Generac generator that I purchased from them. They are a very reputable heating and air conditioning company. They have provided us with excellent service for over 25 years. Darren and Mona run a North State jewel of a company. I highly recommend them without any reservation.

Edit: Jesus dealing with this company is the biggest pain in my butt. Since the install I've called them a few times to get things fixed and replaced. It was such a hassle and the way they talk to you now like you're stupid and don't have a clue as to what should or should not be going on. Then they tell you your parts will not be warrantied anymore unless you get their service. Then they call you back that same day after you complain and say yeah it's not in your contract but its common sense. Go else where find someone w... read more

Integrity is a trusted service for me. Candice goes above and beyond expediting service calls. My heat went out and she scheduled a technician a few hours later. I'm pushing 80 and have difficulty with cold. They are my go to heating service, and I've always be satisfied with their work.
