RecommendedMy timing was great. Almost zero wait time. The nurse was so understanding it was refreshing. The doctor was AMAZING. Took me less than an hour start to finish. The facility is clean and welcoming.

Terrible terrible service. I made an “appointment”. They did not tell me that making an appointment is not actually an appointment. I sat for 1 hr. Was called back and waited another hour. No one checked on me, updated me, nothing. I even said “Hey, I have been in here an hour and no one has said a word to me.” One of the nurses said, “we have a lot of procedures going on.” No apology, no updates. I could hear them outside the door calling me “the ankle.” How awful! I will never be back.

Daughter took grandson and was turned away for meeting Patient count. Kidding right... Nope you turned a 10 year old boy away with an ear infection because you already met your QUOTA!!! Do better Integrity do better! NOT ONLY DID HE HAVE ONE EAR INFECTION IT WAS A DOUBLE EAR INFECTION.

Service was good but I say no and don't recommend them because they failed to file the paperwork correctly with my insurance and I had to pay out of pocket or they would take further action to collect against us!!! I called and told them to refile but it was past the alloted time to file.
