My first experience was excellent. Starting from my phone call for directions to my walking out the door once checked out. The young lady at the front desk was exceptionally nice and helpful with a great attitude. My nurse was so nice with a very caring attitude. And my provider expressed excellent bedside manner, addressed and accessed my issue(s) . I have not one complaint about this place as the service and wait time was immaculate. Needless to say I will be going back for an urgent care need(s).
First off, the recipient was very pleasant! The nurse was also very nice, and capable at her job! The Dr listened to me, explained to me why and what he ordered! Made me feel comfortable and I felt like I had been taken care of, when I left! I will use Urgent Care again!
My experience was GREAT!!!! Everyone was very Nice , Professional , Friendly, Warm , and I felt very comfortable, I immediately knew that I had chosen the Best Place to have my Medical needs taken care of that day and in the future. Had to take my wife in on New Year's Day for congestion. (They were open! Yea!) Filled out the required paperwork on-line. They took her in promptly at her appointment time. Everybody in the office was very nice and cheery, and seemed to be very knowledgeable. My wife received a shot and a couple of prescriptions. She was already better when we walked out of their office. Happy New Year!!
This was the easiest, most seamless Urgent Care service I have ever been to. I feel heard and seen. I just moved to Marshall last week, Cinthia Bennett was kind enough to give me information on a Dr accepting new patients. I would definitely send someone in need to use their services.
