Provider was incredibly nice and received great care. Had an appointment and was in the waiting room for only 10 minutes or so.

They accept tricare and VA. Got in quick, I showed up at 0830. Staff was polite. Testing was quick, as with the results.
Absolute a waste of time went for a tooth ache dentist wanted 3 Grand so I thought the urgent care was the better option until I am able to actually make an appointment. I waited almost two hours and when I walked out to use the restroom I was told she didn't forget about you.. I'm assuming it was cause I could hear all the other patience who came in beside me being seen. The providers are attentive to patients needs. The reception staff does NOT PRIORITIZE THE PATIENTS WITH APPOINTMENTS. They don't let the providers know who has appointments and those who are walking ins. This procedure needs immediate attention.
This place should be called "Unurgent Care" If your situation IS really urgent...you might be disappointed.
I visited the facility and was unimpressed with the lobby, it smelled. There was 1 person seated with a pillow sleeping in the lobby when I arrived. As soon as I reached the reception window they asked if I was a walk in or did I have an appointment, to which I said I was a walk in. Although the place was virtually empty they conveyed they were not excepting walk ins that day due to staffing. For the past couple of years, I've been going to this urgent care. The service used to be great, but not anymore. The last two times, they took forever to send my prescriptions to the pharmacy. Last time, I had to call more than three times just to get them to send it. When they first opened, the service was fast and efficient. Now, it has become mediocre.
