I've been seen twice at this urgent care, and my children have been seen once. They are always friendly, and listen to my thoughts and concerns. At the same time, they exhibit a thorough knowledge of medical care, and are prompt to recommend treatment and care. The office staff is personable, professional, and prompt, as well, and the whole experience is quick and pleasant. Highly recommended in my book.

I was seen for strep throat on March 3rd 2026. My insurance copay for an urgent care visit is $25. I paid that amount at the window and later received a bill for $45. The billing department has charged me for a $60 specialist visit and is refusing to correct their mistake or let me speak with a supervisor, and two weeks has gone by with no response.
