So nice and easy to use this Urgent Care! I made a reservation which reduced my wait time. They were able to tell me a base rate as I was out of network (traveling) and would likely private pay. They ran my insurance and I had coverage. The staff were kind, welcoming, professional. I thought the provider was excellent! I hope I don't have to use their service again but if I need Urgent Care I'll go back.
I brought my two kids to get seen here for the flu and the staff were extremely friendly! We were in and out in about an hour. I was very pleased with the doctor’s bedside manner and loved how he spoke to my kids. I will definitely go here first before another urgent care in the future.
Great experience with entire team. I set up my appointment online and there was no wait after I arrived. Staff was professional and friendly. I appreciated the attention they paid to the reason for my visit. I felt like they were really listening. And - more important - they carefully considered how they could best help me without negatively impacting a major surgery I have coming up in a couple of weeks. They were smart, thoughtful, and kind. This place was just as equal or better as getting in to see my primary care physician. I went in at 5 pm on a Saturday afternoon and was promptly given the care I needed. I did go online and schedule the appointment just prior to heading their way. I was in a miserable state as I unknowingly had the flu and was given great care by Liana (nurse) and Danielle (PA). The doctor was upbeat and friendly, excluded everything well and took pics of my x-rays with my camera. Even though I came in just before closing, she and the x-ray tech were patient and kind. Front desk worker may need training. Overall, what began as a traumatic event turned out well.
