Service was awesome. Called in at first and spoke with James. He was helpful and answered my questions. When I came in the service and atmosphere was great. They explained everything at the front. And when i was seen by the doctor she was transparent and provided me with a solution. My visit was great.
The nurse Ms. Williams that triage, my children and got vitals, was very pleasant and great to be serviced by. The NP however ruined the experience and was short and rude while talking to my children and I. She seems like she was rushing to be finished which makes me fill she didn't take my concerns for my children seriously. I will decline treatment from her if we return and she enters the room.
I received excellent care from the staff. The FNP provided exceptional quality care in treating me, and genuinely cared about my well being. She listened to my concerns, and provided me with invaluable guidance for my future care, and being an advocate for myself when it comes to my health.
Scheduling appointments online or through the app is straightforward, and wait times are usually short. The doctors we've seen have been excellent; they listen to your concerns and ensure you receive proper care. This clinic does not merely push medication; it genuinely focuses on your well-being.
I normally keep the fact that I am a medical provider under wraps, because I don’t want to change how they do things. I was extremely impressed with the NP (from a patient and peer standpoint) . Not one single thing I would have done differently! Not only did she go through the differentials with me, she explained in laymen’s terms, gave me options as well as the rational for one treatment over the other.
