The receptionist was not knowledgeable about the services provided. I asked her as soon as I got there,do they do annual physicals (Updated immunizations) or just sports physicals. She said they “should be” the same thing. When I went to the back room, It was the end of the day so I already knew we would be rushed out the office. Excellent service! From the lady whom checked me in, to the nurse who listen to me. My physician sat and collected symptoms and how it was affecting me. Asked about other health concerns to ensure treatment was tolerable. Instantly took care of me. Feeling much more better this morning thank you. I was in 7:00 in my truck 7:35!
I normally keep the fact that I am a medical provider under wraps, because I don’t want to change how they do things. I was extremely impressed with the NP (from a patient and peer standpoint) . Not one single thing I would have done differently! Not only did she go through the differentials with me, she explained in laymen’s terms, gave me options as well as the rational for one treatment over the other. I brought my infant son in for ongoing diarrhea. They did not ask whether anyone in the house had been sick, if he'd been exposed to anything, etc. and after a brief exam they told me it was viral and needed to run it's course. It was only after I told them others in our house had been sick as well that they said he was contagious, and to bring him back if symptoms continued after 3 days.
