This was our first time at Integrity and it was a very pleasant experience. Given I was sick, it was the best you could ask for. All three individuals we had interactions with were very pleasant and we really liked the doctor. He spent time with us and was not rushed. He ensured my husband and I were given the opportunity to ask any questions either of us had. It was on a Sunday and the wait was not very long. We would definitely use them again if we were not able to get in to our doctor.
Made an online appointment before going to Integrity Urgent Care in Decatur. We did not have to wait. Staff was amazing. I truly felt everyone care about my husbands health. Nurse Practioneer called the next day to check on my husband. I definitely would recommend the facility
I can’t say enough good things about the incredible team that took care of me after I sliced my finger while clearing fallen trees from a recent storm. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, professional, and quick to get me settled. The nurse was an absolute gem—calm, skilled, and so reassuring as they prepped my finger with care and precision. Second time here for different patients and both times top notch service. Everyone is friendly, caring, and took the time to listen and treat the patient as needed. Hope NP was awesome! She is highly skilled and caring for her patients.
I found the online paperwork to be very straightforward and user-friendly, which made the process easy to manage. When we arrived, the office was clean and the waiting area was spacious, providing plenty of comfortable seating. Dr. Harbin was incredibly patient and kind with my son, taking the time to answer all of his questions thoughtfully. He even provided some great reading materials that helped my son feel more informed and at ease about the visit. I recommend this place to anyone seeking compassionate care!
