This will be the only urgent care in Decatur that my family and myself will be using from now on. Clean waiting room and bathroom, with what appeared to be waters for patients. The wait wasn’t too long and they also give you a queue, to let you know when you’re up next in line, which I love. The assistant was very sweet, the doctor was very attentive, and took his time thoroughly explaining everything, and asked if I had questions. We called at 2:40 and had an appointment at 3:00. The office and waiting room were very clean and today. It was quiet. The registration staff were kind and professional. The tech was very polite and listened to what I was experiencing. The Provider I saw was very focused on me and what was happening with me. He took everything I said very seriously, and I’m glad he did because I was very very sick. They have the capabilities to do labs (to what extent, I don’t know). This was our first time at Integrity and it was a very pleasant experience. Given I was sick, it was the best you could ask for. All three individuals we had interactions with were very pleasant and we really liked the doctor. He spent time with us and was not rushed. He ensured my husband and I were given the opportunity to ask any questions either of us had. It was on a Sunday and the wait was not very long. We would definitely use them again if we were not able to get in to our doctor.
Made an online appointment before going to Integrity Urgent Care in Decatur. We did not have to wait. Staff was amazing. I truly felt everyone care about my husbands health. Nurse Practioneer called the next day to check on my husband. I definitely would recommend the facility
Receptionist was very personable. I was a walk-in and didn’t have to wait long. The doctor was very caring and listened to my concerns. He explained in detail my treatment plan. I was very please with the care I received and will definitely go back if the need arises.
