Such an amazing place with amazing staff! The atmosphere is very welcoming, rooms are super clean and the staff is top notch. We have been there many times and are always greeted with warm smiles. The receptionists are prompt, friendly and so helpful. The doctor’s, nurse practitioners and nurses are all phenomenal. They are always so kind, listen to every bit of your concerns and work hard to always make you feel comfortable. Loved this Urgent care facility. Great customer service at the front desk, the nurse was wonderful as well and the doctor was great too! Wait time was about 5 minutes to go back to the room. The visit was maybe 20 min total and we were out of there.
This will be the only urgent care in Decatur that my family and myself will be using from now on. Clean waiting room and bathroom, with what appeared to be waters for patients. The wait wasn’t too long and they also give you a queue, to let you know when you’re up next in line, which I love. The assistant was very sweet, the doctor was very attentive, and took his time thoroughly explaining everything, and asked if I had questions. Staff was fabulous. Once I got back there. But I waited extremely sick in the waiting room for 2 hours even though I had scheduled an appointment. Doctor and nurses were great but the wait was very very long.
We called at 2:40 and had an appointment at 3:00. The office and waiting room were very clean and today. It was quiet. The registration staff were kind and professional. The tech was very polite and listened to what I was experiencing. The Provider I saw was very focused on me and what was happening with me. He took everything I said very seriously, and I’m glad he did because I was very very sick. They have the capabilities to do labs (to what extent, I don’t know).
