Staff was friendly, came in for a sick visit because my provider was booked up. Even though I did a walk-in my wait was less than an hour. What I appreciated most was that PA Caleb didn’t blanket diagnose me, he listened and saw other things going on. After prescription he gave already feeling better the next day. Will definitely recommend and use this office again in the future for me and my families needs.
The only reason I am giving a four instead of a five. Is that online you can make an appointment which I did. However, I discovered after getting there that there are not really any appointments. So I waited 3 hours to see the nurse practitioner. However, the staff made up for the wait. The young woman at the front desk was always pleasant and informative despite the stressful conditions of having a room full of sick people waiting for a long time. This is the best urgent care I've been to in a hot minute. They got me in pretty quickly, and the lady at the front desk was super nice and really helpful, especially with my new insurance. She even gave me some good info about primary care places since I was having a hard time finding one that takes my insurance in the area. We were very happy with the level of care we received. They were very thorough and listened to our concerns. My only complaint is that we reserved a time online and still had to wait an hour. What’s the point in reserving a time if you still have to wait an hour? We had a cranky sick one year old who did not wait well. We thought we would save the wait by reserving the online time. If we had know we would still have to wait an hour, we would have gone in earlier.
Such an amazing place with amazing staff! The atmosphere is very welcoming, rooms are super clean and the staff is top notch. We have been there many times and are always greeted with warm smiles. The receptionists are prompt, friendly and so helpful. The doctor’s, nurse practitioners and nurses are all phenomenal.
