My family and I have been here a few times now. Once we are seen, the visit is fine. However, we usually get seen 2-3 hours after our appointment time. Even when sitting there with maybe 1 to 2 people in the waiting room. Obviously I'm not a doctor and I don't know what they are doing that it takes that long to meet an appointment, but in any other business this would be unacceptable. Such an amazing place with amazing staff! The atmosphere is very welcoming, rooms are super clean and the staff is top notch. We have been there many times and are always greeted with warm smiles. The receptionists are prompt, friendly and so helpful. The doctor’s, nurse practitioners and nurses are all phenomenal. They are always so kind, listen to every bit of your concerns and work hard to always make you feel comfortable. Update- the MA and doctor were AMAZING. Listened to my concerns, treated my son, very caring, also put me on the schedule last minute as well, And doctor was very apologetic that they had a brand new system that was just taken into affect day prior so things were more challenging. So far not impressed. I made an APPOINTMENT online for 5:15 for my son. Filled out all the paperwork and consents and signed docs online and uploaded insurance card. This was a very easy experience. The staff was delightful and timely. The doctor was swift and yet thorough, sending me along to collect some medicine to aide in my recovery. I will not hesitate to use this location again, if need be.
The PA we saw was very professional and kind to my teen daughter. He joked with her and put her at ease. Was very thorough and helped talk us through everything. Highly recommend
