My son received stitches here on his lip and we were very pleased with the service. The doctor was very kind and made him feel comfortable. My son said it was practically painless! Receptionist was very kind too. We were in and out in an hour. 10/10 recommend.
Really good experience here. Super clean place, friendly staff, and I didn’t have to wait long at all. The provider was chill, listened to what was going on, and explained everything clearly. Way better than I expected for an urgent care. I’d definitely come back if I needed to.
Very disappointing experience. My wife went in after 8–9 hours of nonstop vomiting and diarrhea and could not keep down even water. She had clear signs of dehydration—dizziness, dry mouth and eyes, headache, and very dark urine. Our family doctor specifically sent us here for evaluation and hydration due to weather-related closures. My visit on 1/21/2026 was great. I was in and out. I went first thing and was seen without any delay. However I was told if I wasn’t feeling better to call back. 01/23/3026 symptoms have worsened. I called and the provider that saw me isn’t at this location today. I was told to call back in 30 minutes to allow the onsite provider to contact the provider that handled my care. We are so happy to have an Urgent care in Hempstead! We live here and would have to drive to another city if sick. The staff was very courteous and I was seen quickly after check in. The doctor listened to all my symptoms and went over best treatments for the flu. I was in and out in under an hour!
