Very nice and caring atmosphere. My nurse Lexie was an absolute doll. The doctor was young and from Texarkana. Very attentive and took his time. Listened to every word and never rushed. I give these guys a ten. 🌷
I have been here 2 times now and both times the staff and providers are nice, friendly and really listen to what is going on with you. They dont act like they know your body more than you know yourself. I honestly wish I could have them as my PCP.
PA Alex was most helpful in perceiving that I had a cat bite (not a puncture from a claw like I thought) and advised me on the best course of action. I appreciated his honesty that my symptoms would most likely clear up as my immune system mounted a defense and that I could avoid antibiotics. The rest of the staff was friendly also! Overall a great experience!
Very impressed with the entire experience from the front desk where I walked in-to the nurse and then my Dr. visit. Everyone was caring, professional, kind and quick. Thank you for your care!
Went here for the first time today and I can’t recall the doctor and nurses names as I was fuzzy headed at the time but they were 10/10. So sweet and rolled with my sarcasm without blinking 😂 can’t recommend them enough. As someone who doesn’t do doctors I had the best experience and will be using them for all my urgent care needs in the future!
