My first experience was excellent. Starting from my phone call for directions to my walking out the door once checked out. The young lady at the front desk was exceptionally nice and helpful with a great attitude. My nurse was so nice with a very caring attitude. And my provider expressed excellent bedside manner, addressed and accessed my issue(s) . I have not one complaint about this place as the service and wait time was immaculate. Needless to say I will be going back for an urgent care need(s).
First off, the recipient was very pleasant! The nurse was also very nice, and capable at her job! The Dr listened to me, explained to me why and what he ordered! Made me feel comfortable and I felt like I had been taken care of, when I left! I will use Urgent Care again!
I absolutely love coming here. I've come in myself and brought my children several times. They are walk in only and there is almost never a wait. The staff are amazing. The nurse is welcoming and efficient. The PA I've seen (Alex I think?) is always friendly, and stays up to date on current data to support diagnosis and treatment. Stellar team and I will return.
Had a wonderful experience today! First time visiting and everyone from the receptionist to the nurse and doctor were super welcoming and nice. Was in and out quickly. Got my girl taken care of. Thank you!!
My experience was GREAT!!!! Everyone was very Nice , Professional , Friendly, Warm , and I felt very comfortable, I immediately knew that I had chosen the Best Place to have my Medical needs taken care of that day and in the future.
