I was really impressed with this urgent care!! I made my appointment via Solv, submitted my insurance cards on the app and filled out most of my paperwork. My appointment was at 7:30 PM, I arrived at 7:20, filled out one additional paper, paid my co-pay, and barely sat down before they called me back! The nurse and NP were super knowledgeable with great bedside manners, and listened to my concerns and addressed them appropriately. Integrity lived up to their great rating. Greeted by a warm, efficient receptionist, followed by nice helpers. I was seen quickly; the care received was professional (Shanice, Sweet, & wonderful PA/nurse). The prescriptions were 'spot on' for my needs--not too many, but proactive for my ailment. Without hesitation, I HIGHLY recommend this urgent care office.
I was visiting from out of town and needed medical care and everyone at Integrity Urgent Care were accommodating, extremely polite and gracious. Even after I left the clinic I needed their assistance with pharmacy information when I returned home and once again the gal I spoke with on the phone to the nurse who provided the information to my home pharmacy were accommodating, pleasant and quick to respond. I highly recommend this clinic and would use this clinic again if I am visiting and should the need arise.
I am From Dallas fort Worth Texas area and I recently moved here from Rockwall I was born and raised here in East Texas and everything changed here anyway I was in need of urgent care didn't read no where to go so I started googling it and I found this clinic and they were very nice and the nurses and the doctor was awesome and the doctor say if I didn't find a doctor I could come back to her. Very friendly staff.
The service was awesome. There was no wait. When you don't feel good that helps when you can get in and out. Everyone was so nice! From the front counter, nurse and doctor. I highly recommend Integrity.
