I was so happy with the experience we had. My son wasn’t feeling well and I got him there and in less than 5 minutes we were in with the nurse and then 2 minutes later the doctor came in. He addressed all of the concerns and went above and beyond to make my son feel comfortable. If we need an urgent care again I will never go anywhere but here.
Had the best experience here today! I do not have insurance, and they were very upfront about all pricing before doing anything. Very affordable, and thorough. I hope it’s not necessary, but I would definitely go back if needed in the future!
Integrity Urgent Care was the best. From my coming in the door to going back out. They were professional. Treated like I would treat them, everyone was very professional and cared about me as a patient not just another human walking in the door. Dr was very thorough and asked good questions and explained very well what it might be or might not be my problem. I was really impressed with this urgent care!! I made my appointment via Solv, submitted my insurance cards on the app and filled out most of my paperwork. My appointment was at 7:30 PM, I arrived at 7:20, filled out one additional paper, paid my co-pay, and barely sat down before they called me back! The nurse and NP were super knowledgeable with great bedside manners, and listened to my concerns and addressed them appropriately. I had a great experience at Integrity Urgent Care. I went in for medical issues and was seen within 10 minutes of walking through the door as well as prescribed medication. Dr. Avery is very kind and understanding and the front desk staff are amazing as well. I would highly recommend them if you need quick and professional medical attention.
