PA Alex was most helpful in perceiving that I had a cat bite (not a puncture from a claw like I thought) and advised me on the best course of action. I appreciated his honesty that my symptoms would most likely clear up as my immune system mounted a defense and that I could avoid antibiotics. The rest of the staff was friendly also! Overall a great experience!
I work all over the US and this Urgent Care facility is by far the better I've been to. The Dr. Even called the next day to follow up and went in to make sure I was doing OK. That's to all the staff. Ya'll are awesome! Recommend to everyone you won't be disappointed!!!!
Integrity Urgent Care was the best. From my coming in the door to going back out. They were professional. Treated like I would treat them, everyone was very professional and cared about me as a patient not just another human walking in the door. Dr was very thorough and asked good questions and explained very well what it might be or might not be my problem. Went to this place because it was in my network and after my experience I am grateful they are!! The staff was nice, didn’t have to wait long and was in and out in no time. My family and I don’t get sick often but we for sure will be back when we need to!
I was really impressed with this urgent care!! I made my appointment via Solv, submitted my insurance cards on the app and filled out most of my paperwork. My appointment was at 7:30 PM, I arrived at 7:20, filled out one additional paper, paid my co-pay, and barely sat down before they called me back! The nurse and NP were super knowledgeable with great bedside manners, and listened to my concerns and addressed them appropriately.
