Brand new beautiful facility with a friendly staff. I was able to book online and was seen right at my appointment time. We are so happy to have Integrity Urgent Care in Sanger!
Everyone was very courteous and professional. From the receiving person all the way to the doctor, it was a pleasant experience. I will definitely recommend them to everyone. The positions were very thorough and knowledgeable. I did not feel rushed.
On 4-21-25 I visited the new Sanger health clinic. I knew I had bronchitis because I’ve had it so many times in my lifetime. The office staff was friendly also courtesy and effective . The doctor saw me almost immediately, prescribed me meds and today I feel so much better. Thank you Integrity Health of Sanger for your professionalism and care of me.
Walked in today with neck pain. The ladies at the front were super sweet. Got me back pretty quickly. All the nurses were wonderful, as well as the Dr. I had x-rays and got 2 pain medication shots and was discharged within an hour of going back. Will be coming back for any future urgent care needs!
I visited Integrity Urgent Care on 04/21/2025 for a worsening cough and difficulty breathing. Everyone working there was super friendly and very professional. They saw me as quick as possible and the doctor was super supportive and answered all of my questions. I had a Covid test, flu test, and strep test along with chest x-ray and the medical assistant who performed at all did a fantastic job and made me as comfortable as possible while going through all of this while feeling so awful.
