Brand new beautiful facility with a friendly staff. I was able to book online and was seen right at my appointment time. We are so happy to have Integrity Urgent Care in Sanger!
Awesome visit today in Sanger. Stephanie at the desk was so nice, Lily who did my X-ray was kind and gentle, James the provider did a great job explaining things to me. Thank you all so much. The building was new and clean. They even had bottles of water for patients.
On 4-21-25 I visited the new Sanger health clinic. I knew I had bronchitis because I’ve had it so many times in my lifetime. The office staff was friendly also courtesy and effective . The doctor saw me almost immediately, prescribed me meds and today I feel so much better. Thank you Integrity Health of Sanger for your professionalism and care of me.
I visited Integrity Urgent Care on 04/21/2025 for a worsening cough and difficulty breathing. Everyone working there was super friendly and very professional. They saw me as quick as possible and the doctor was super supportive and answered all of my questions. I had a Covid test, flu test, and strep test along with chest x-ray and the medical assistant who performed at all did a fantastic job and made me as comfortable as possible while going through all of this while feeling so awful. Walked in today without an appointment and I was seen within 20 minutes from the time I walked in the door. The nurse took my vitals and within 5 minutes of the nurse leaving the doctor was in checking me out. Very efficient and very nice staff! This place will be my go to for myself and my family. You can make an appointment using their mobile app called Solv. (Yes you include the period ☺️) Thank you for the great experience ☺️
