I just returned home from a visit to Integrity UC in Sanger to get stitched up and a Tetanus shot. The staff got me in quickly and took care of me in a very professional and friendly manner. Affordable healthcare, convenient, very friendly and professional in a nice, clean office. I can recommend it to everyone that will eventually need their services. Thank you to all of the staff!!!

Trevan, Michelle and Lily were outstanding! Their attention to my medical issue AND professionalism was wonderful! They provided specific insight to my health issue. The medical care, for my infection, as well as the follow up with an exam helped put me at ease. Additionally, a "path forward" was discussed which gave me the next steps I needed to take. I would highly recommend going here for medical assistance.
