Staff were very friendly and helpful! It did take some time to fill out the forms online and on paper since I had never been. But once it completed and I was taken back it did not take long to get the fish hook out. I highly recommend them. The cost is similar to what you pay for a specialist through your insurance and that balance does have to be paid prior to going back.
This place is amazing! It's very clean, which is important in healthcare. The front office staff was prompt, polite, and friendly. The nurse/med tech was so sweet and friendly. The doctor came in quickly, not leaving me waiting like other places. He actually took time to listen to me and diagnose the issue. He may have some of the best "bed side manner" I've seen in a decade. I would 100% go back and recommend them to anyone needing efficient and thorough care!
This is the second time going to Integrity Urgent Care and both times front desk staff has been rude, unwelcoming and uninformed. Both times I was not greeted instead the staff looked annoyed that you had even walked inside. When asked how much it was going to be based on my insurance the response was idk. I just had the best experience at Integrity Urgent Care! I went at the end of my work day for a medical procedure (thats right a procedure). Checkin was super simple. I had no wait time. The staff were kind, accommodating, timely. My nurse practitioner , Michelle, by far one of the most knowledgeable, kind, gentle, and highest skill level I’ve ever had. I had a great experience with Integrity Urgent Care of Sanger. I wasn’t feeling well and running a pretty high fever so I made an appointment online for the next morning. Check in was easy, the wait was short, and the care was excellent! The Nurse Practitioner was knowledgeable and thorough. And I only had to drive a few blocks to get there! I highly recommend them!
