I made appointment online. Got there , checked in at 810am for 830 appointment, and I wasn't in system. Had to fill out all paperwork again by hand, unable to do online, and wait until almost 9am to be seen. The NP was friendly, thorough, and very empathetic. She is amazing, highly recommend her. Once I got in back went faster and hoping next time will be better.
In and out quick. Appointment setting and check in were easy. Staff was super awesome. My son was comfortable and happy with his visit.
The facility was easy to access and clean. I felt welcomed and appreciated for coming. Both Daniel and Allison were kind and supportive. They made me feel heard and respected. I would definitely use this facility again with no concerns.
Very affordable and the wait was short with an appointment! Will definitely be using for future urgent care needs!
Nurse practitioner Stephanie was absolutely wonderful. However, on both visits I Was the only one in the waiting room, and I still waited more than an hour before I even saw the nurse. There were no others in any of the exam rooms either.
