I went to Integrity Urgent Care after badly spraining my ankle, and the entire team was outstanding from start to finish. The front desk staff got me checked in quickly, and the medical team was professional, attentive, and kind. They took X-rays right away to make sure nothing was broken and clearly explained what they saw. The provider walked me through the treatment plan, wrapped my ankle carefully, and gave great advice for managing the swelling and pain at home. I can’t say enough good things about Integrity Urgent Care! Everyone there was awesome, professional, fast, and caring from the moment I walked in. They made me feel comfortable and really took the time to listen. I was seen quickly, and the whole visit went so smoothly. It’s not often you find a place that truly cares about their patients the way they do. Highly recommend!
I was seen quickly. Everyone I interacted with was very personable and helpful. I left with everything I needed to start feeling better. Thank you! I’ll be going here for all my urgent care needs, mainly when my primary care doctor can’t see me quickly enough.
Went in for a abscess removal/drainage on 11/13/2025 and everything went smoothly. Front desk was very helpful along with everyone there. Stephanie was one who worked on my abscess and she was very professional and got it removed with little to no pain. Before I would go to carenow, but the horrible attitudes from the staff and the little to no care from the doctor has me going to this place for good now. Highly recommend 5/5
