I had the best experience. In the past, I have had negative experiences. Today was amazing! Everyone was absolutely so incredibly sweet! It was fast. I was in at out 15 mins after my appointment time. They treated me, and it was very easy appointment. It was clean and simple process. I recommend!
Wonderful experience...especially considering how bad I felt. I had severe brain fog & kept repeating myself & talking in circles, & they all were as nice and sweet as could be. From the receptionist who greeted me nicely & showed such compassion, to the wonderful nurse who was very diligent & a pro with needles & swabs, & PA Tatum (I believe was her name), who was so caring, knowledgeable & compassionate. As always, they were professional and courteous!! But beyond that, which was so much more important they were compassionate and concerned about what I was enduring and they did their best to make me feel cared for and a top priority! I am terrified of doctors due to trauma that I went through as a child and I don’t trust most in the medical field. But I trust this urgent care facility with my well-being and my life! I’ve taken all three of my children here, and they range in age from six months up to four years old. I have had a great experience with all the providers each time. My wait time has always been less than five minutes and it was very easy to schedule an appointment online. The staff is very friendly, and the waiting area has always been clean in my experience. I would definitely recommend utilizing Integrity Care for urgent care needs.
Super fast with an appointment. I made a same day appointment and waiting maybe 15 minutes to get into a room. Once I was in the room, communication was very clear and they got me in and got me out while answering every question I had. I felt better by the next day.
