Wonderful experience...especially considering how bad I felt. I had severe brain fog & kept repeating myself & talking in circles, & they all were as nice and sweet as could be. From the receptionist who greeted me nicely & showed such compassion, to the wonderful nurse who was very diligent & a pro with needles & swabs, & PA Tatum (I believe was her name), who was so caring, knowledgeable & compassionate. I’ve taken all three of my children here, and they range in age from six months up to four years old. I have had a great experience with all the providers each time. My wait time has always been less than five minutes and it was very easy to schedule an appointment online. The staff is very friendly, and the waiting area has always been clean in my experience. I would definitely recommend utilizing Integrity Care for urgent care needs.
I made an appt and wasn’t seen by a doctor for almost 3 hours. He came back and just told me to get some cough drops. I ended up getting the 24 hour stomach flu in the middle of the night. To which I attributed to being there for literally 3 1/2 hours. Would not go again. Also had to pay $50 just for an appt, to be told to get cough drops and getting a stomach flu. Would not recommend.
I highly recommend them for your go to urgent care! They were wonderful. The receptionist was very personable. I was have asthma issues and they got me right in. The nurse was wonderful. The NP was a great listener and advised me of what she found. I have already told friends and neighbors what a great place Integrity Urgent Care is when you need urgent care.
Took my 19 month old son to get checked out and they were very fast amazing. Staff was helpful and got me in and out with the medications my son needed.
