I highly recommend them for your go to urgent care! They were wonderful. The receptionist was very personable. I was have asthma issues and they got me right in. The nurse was wonderful. The NP was a great listener and advised me of what she found. I have already told friends and neighbors what a great place Integrity Urgent Care is when you need urgent care.
I am from out of town and was worried when my 2 year old daughter struck a 101 fever and was not herself on our trip. When we got there, we were in and out within an hour. They took the time with her, was extremely patient with her and made the appointment fun so she wasn’t scared. Medicine was sent to the pharmacy and ready to fill by the time I go to Walgreens. Check in was also very easy! I now know where to go if something happens when we are here visiting family. I highly recommend and enjoyed our experience.
The receptionist was helpful, though the check-in process was a bit tedious. We spent over 45 minutes in the waiting room before being taken to a room. Unfortunately, the nurse was extremely rude and impatient. My baby, who is only a few months old, was uncomfortable with his temperature being taken, and the nurse was rough with him. No wait and they actually listen to you and try to address the cause and medicate you accordingly. They don’t cut you off mid sentence, before you can even tell them whats going on. They seem to actually care about the patients. I didn’t feel like a number and they were all nice.Even the receptionist. Plus, when they said they would call in your prescription, they actually did it immediately.
I have enjoyed this clinic in the past but I went in for a UTI and was told I could get antibiotics if it got worse. I reached out to get said medication and they never filled it. Very glad my primary doctor was able to help me put or else I would be in excruciating pain right now.
