I was advised by my doctor to have ultrasound right away and Harris Methodist Radiology - Stephenville was able to fit me in that same day. The tech John McKenzie was amazing: very experienced and explained what was happening every step of the way. Jack, the office manager sent my images and reports to my doctor within minutes of my procedure. Great experience overall.
Received excellent services in a very timely manner. All staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. My high student was sent home accused of being high at school. Because his eyes were blood shot and he was sleeping in class. The campus officer did a field sobriety test and said he was definitely high. He was suspended from school and told he couldn’t return without a drug test. We went straight to the clinic and was back at the school within an hour. I had the best experience. In the past, I have had negative experiences. Today was amazing! Everyone was absolutely so incredibly sweet! It was fast. I was in at out 15 mins after my appointment time. They treated me, and it was very easy appointment. It was clean and simple process. I recommend!
I arrived at 2:20 w/o an appt and in less than 30 minutes I was called back for a Workman's Comp claim. I was pleased with NP Tatum's assessment and attention. She called me back a day later with my X-ray results and I have a follow up scheduled for Weds. I was also encouraged to call back if I had any other issues with my injury. I am quite pleased with how everything has been handled so far! I highly recommend this office and staff!
I’ve taken all three of my children here, and they range in age from six months up to four years old. I have had a great experience with all the providers each time. My wait time has always been less than five minutes and it was very easy to schedule an appointment online. The staff is very friendly, and the waiting area has always been clean in my experience. I would definitely recommend utilizing Integrity Care for urgent care needs.
