The staff takes time to listen to your issues and prescribe the best route to recovery. They remember who you are when you call back and are willing to follow up with any adjustments needed to improve your health. And, unlike some Dr's offices it doesen't take forever to check in.
Very good at what they do. A small co-pay for the visit. Staff is friendly and informative. I am very touchy about putting needles in my arm. You get one chance and I hope that I don’t feel it. I didn’t so A+ on that one.
I highly recommend them for your go to urgent care! They were wonderful. The receptionist was very personable. I was have asthma issues and they got me right in. The nurse was wonderful. The NP was a great listener and advised me of what she found. I have already told friends and neighbors what a great place Integrity Urgent Care is when you need urgent care.
The receptionist was helpful, though the check-in process was a bit tedious. We spent over 45 minutes in the waiting room before being taken to a room. Unfortunately, the nurse was extremely rude and impatient. My baby, who is only a few months old, was uncomfortable with his temperature being taken, and the nurse was rough with him. I am from out of town and was worried when my 2 year old daughter struck a 101 fever and was not herself on our trip. When we got there, we were in and out within an hour. They took the time with her, was extremely patient with her and made the appointment fun so she wasn’t scared. Medicine was sent to the pharmacy and ready to fill by the time I go to Walgreens. Check in was also very easy! I now know where to go if something happens when we are here visiting family. I highly recommend and enjoyed our experience.
