⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a great experience at this clinic. I reserved a time online, completed all the paperwork online ahead of time, and uploaded my information. Because of this, I was seen much faster than others. I only had one quick form to fill out in person, and I was called back within a few minutes. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes! Highly recommend this clinic. Reserving online really made the process smooth and efficient! & definitely easier than filling out a bunch of forms in-person.
I totally recommend Integrity Clinic. I took my mom on Sunday for the first time and the Staff at the front desk was super helpful, very professional and understanding. We got to see PA (Laura) Nurse (Stephanie) at the Fort Worth-Westworth location. No wait, received great care. Totally recommend this clinic!
My husband and I both were seen here and there prices was seamless. Staff was wonderful & Dr Lauren is AMAZING! She was very very helpful and explained in detail about my husbands meds and gave him a schedule to better assist & control his bp! Overall I would definitely recommend this office to anyone in need of an urgent care. I promise that they will take great care of you
10/10 would recommend. this urgent care is very clean and everyone employee in the facility was nice and friendly. my concerns were addressed and the visit was not rushed, but I was in and out; less than 10 minute wait time! definitely will be returning.
