⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a great experience at this clinic. I reserved a time online, completed all the paperwork online ahead of time, and uploaded my information. Because of this, I was seen much faster than others. I only had one quick form to fill out in person, and I was called back within a few minutes. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes! Highly recommend this clinic. Reserving online really made the process smooth and efficient! & definitely easier than filling out a bunch of forms in-person.
From scheduling the appointment online to the fast check in, my experience was awesome. The staff was friendly and the nurse who administered my steroid shot did so perfectly and painlessly. If you're in need of Urgent Care in the are, I definitely recommend Integrity Urgent Care - Westworth.
I had to make a visit here not too long ago and I was greeted with professionalism and care. The entire staff, Raqueal, Stephanie, and Lisa treated me with kindness and made my experience great!! Will definitely come to this location again.
I totally recommend Integrity Clinic. I took my mom on Sunday for the first time and the Staff at the front desk was super helpful, very professional and understanding. We got to see PA (Laura) Nurse (Stephanie) at the Fort Worth-Westworth location. No wait, received great care. Totally recommend this clinic!
