An excellent one time experience is overshadowed by far by a multi-year each day great experience. This is what we have experienced with Intelligent Office. We have been with them for over 5 years now. We have recommended countless people to them and everyone is extremely happy with them including ourselves. Just wanted to take 5 minutes to thank you for these past 5 good years. Thank you.
Update: Unfortunately it took this review to get a response from management. Most of their response was accurate EXCEPT that in addition to the $100 deposit I paid $150 start up costs to cover any questions that I asked and set up. Additionally, I was provided an introduction to another Intelligent Office but it was nothing more than an email to another franchisor. We loved the office place. Staff are very nice. The place helps us during difficult time. The office has everything we need and more. We wish we can change our business model to stay there permanently. We definitely recommend any one needs the space . Thank you so very much and we are missing you guys 🩵
Intelligent Office is a perfect location for my business, plenty of parking, and only .5 miles from the metro. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. They provide a personal atmosphere that is welcomed for a small business. The office has an elegant modern design and always clean and always well maintained, which provides the type of image I want to present to my clients. One thing I appreciate about the design of the office space is the privacy it gives, which is rarely seen in a shared office setup.
IO has a gorgeous office suite with a great modern and professional look and free parking(!!) near the heart of Old Town. The front desk staff are friendly and professional. They are perfect to greet your customers either in person or on the phone. They provide excellent customer service.
