The office has so many accessible amenities for both their clients and our clients including clean, tidy and organized premises, top notch reception, wifi, free coffee, tea and water for clients and several boardrooms for larger meetings. If you are looking to lease an office and not looking for the hassle of all of the work associated being a commercial landlord, I highly recommend Esther and her team and Intelligent Office. I signed a contract with intelligence office for a period of time of 12 months, in the beguenning all is correct, in the month of february a new tenant rent an office in the front of me and start to complain about phone, computer, talking on the phone.
