If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. I am a seasoned user of mailbox services. I used Intelligent Office through Anytime Mailbox and had the worst experience of my life! The employees are incompetent (or outright malicious) and do not abide by requests. They lost several pieces of my mail. The mailed a package TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. I started using Intelligent Office in 2010 and they were exactly what I needed. Conference rooms were available to meet with clients or they could leave or pick up documents at their convenience. The staff were always professional and courteous. Although I only used the east side office a few times, it was nice to have the convenience of meetings on both sides of town. I highly recommend their services.

I have used the Intelligent Office for over 10 years and have had a wonderful experience. The amenities are unbeatable for the price and the staff is fantastic. I especially like that I can meet my clients at either the westside or eastside office - Helping me to cater to their needs.

I used Intelligent Office through Anytime Mailbox. I found the staff there to be unfriendly and unhelpful and they lost several pieces of my mail, most of which happened to be debit cards and credit cards.
