We used Interim Hospice for the last several months of my mother's life, and they made the whole process easy to understand. All of the workers who came into our home built an amazing relationship with my mother and she was so much more comfortable and happy.

I was disappointed with my experience at this home care agency. When I visited, the staff appeared to be more focused on eating and socializing than assisting clients and visitors. As someone seeking professional home care services, I expected staff to be attentive, welcoming, and focused on helping customers. Unfortunately, I did not feel that level of professionalism or customer service was demonstrated.
