Great company, they treated my family member wonderfully and the staff were amazing and always there when we needed someone, thank you interim of Jackson!
Interim Heath Care is not a reliable service. In 3 out of 6 scheduled appointments, no one bothered to show up. I don't what caliber of "caregiver" they are hiring, but they don't seem to take their job very seriously. To add insult to injury, there was no call from the owner, Jasmine, expressing her concern that her customer's needs were not met. If you need actual healthcare assistance for a loved one, DO NOT use Interim Healthcare.
They've helped my grandma when I can't and I couldn't be more happier. ❤️ thank you
