We have had the same homecare assistant for over three years and she is fantastic. On days that she could not come, we were informed and had a replacement come. They have worked for all of our needs and our worker is like family.
Interim Healthcare has a very friendly and professional staff. They are always willing to help and go the extra mile to make sure their patients and aides are happy. They like to think of their patients like family and be sure to give them the best service available. I would highly recommend Interim Healthcare for your personal care needs!
My Mother has been a client for 3 months on a grant program. When a nurse did show up, they did as little as possible and left early every day. For the last 3 week's the nurse was a complete no show. When I call the office the staff is rude and confrontational. I DO NOT recommend them at all.
The office staff is terrible—rude and incompetent. I left several messages regarding my dad’s care, and no one followed up with me. The CNAs did not clean my dad or adequately tend to other pertinent needs. They were totally inept in their duties. I would not recommend Interim Health to anyone!
Terrible, My grandfather was left alone today...! The nurse didn't have his walker set up to where he could use it.!!!!!! She's lazy ......!!!!! I plan to call to the office as soon as Monday hits !!!!!!!!
