Everyone here was so helpful and caring. Truly amazing staff. Whatever my grandfather needed they made sure he got it. They made him as comfortable as possible and were always available day or night.
I wholeheartedly wish that we had read the reviews on this non compassionate, unprofessional organization. The support that they speak about in the beginning, is not given, and when you call with a serious concern, they do not show up. It’s horrendous! They do not take accountability and try to blame the family for their lack of service. The Pecos County Home Hospice program came in and did an amazing job at keeping my mother comfortable and did what Interim was incapable of doing…to have genuine compassion for the patient ... read more
I would not recommend this organization to anyone who’s looking for compassionate, professional care for your loved one. My sister and I got one helluva sales job from these people. They don’t care about anything except signing people up for hospice care so they can collect the money from Medicare. Mother was a resident at Ashton Medical in Midland, Tx and when she passed the nurse went there and pronounced her and that was the end of that. I would not recommend this hospice care on a bet!! They “took care” of my mother for a few months and since her death not one word from them. No card not even a phone call expressing condolences. Nothing! I never even heard anything from the pastor/chaplain! Would that be too much to ask for if they are supposed to be so loving and caring? Try and find an organization that really does care and doesn’t just offer lip service. Totally disappointed!!
Best company I have ever signed up for, for my loved ones! My grandmother and now mother have a wonderful caregiver. These people really do make sure you are in proper hands
