I’ve been through a few agencies and this is the worst. No respect from aides they send to my home and most of them can’t speak good English or can read good English. How they keep sending me aides that can’t read English I have a speech problem and times rely on writing, make phone calls for me🤬 not to mention they don’t like wearing gloves handling food or washing their hands properly just run water for few seconds. I am a the daughter of a elderly n disabled mother so I have been threw a few agency and can honestly give a review that my experience with this company was the BEST!!! Staff is helpful, kind and I felt my mother was safe.
They terrible, don’t go there if you are nurse, they were offering me a case for $21 which Wasnt enough but had to accept it, so after I receive my first check it was $18 an hour, I called them and they were telling me they can only offer $18 for the case, Meanwhile another agency sharing the case with interim were paying their nurse $30 an hour,so had to quit.. they are just dishonest
