Front staff can be rude. The wait time is not always on time. I'm disabled and use Humana rides or RTC handicap bus. I can never request return pickup because I never know how long I'll be there. However, the doctor is great, and his social workers are awesome
Appointments are always on time, which is a real big plus. All of the staff are extremely nice. Especially the doctor, who takes his time with each patient. I never ever feel rushed and he gives me 100% of his attention and time. And he is a very caring doctor.
The staff at the counter was courteous. Could speak up a little. Roxanna is wonderful - her manner is friendly and supportive. Dr. A. is knowledgeable in so many areas and he takes the time to explain what needs to be explained so I can understand. We disagree on certain things (no flu or covid shots) but I think we have agreed to disagree. He is wonderful - I like knowing he knows more about medicine that I do. My husband and I are hoping he is going to stay here for a long time.
Yesterday I had my new appointment with Dr. Yu here in Vegas. I'm really glad he is my new primary now, he takes the time to listen and talk with you not like most Dr's do now where you spend more time with the nurse taking your vitals than when your Dr comes in and rush through your appointment to find out what is going on with you. Office staff & nurse's also very good I felt as comfortable there as I did with my Dr I had for 18 years until he retired.
The staff here is wonderful, scheduling is easy and the locations are a cinch to get to no matter how you travel. The Doctors are very thorough and concerned with making sure their patients understand everything going on with their health needs, both mentally and physically. This is the first health system that I can say in all honesty I would recommend to anyone for their needs.
